1.SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY
The proposed privacy policy scope seems broad and robust, covering a variety of online services and platforms. However, I will add some details to ensure clarity and completeness.
1.1 This Privacy Policy, in combination with our End-user Licence Agreement (EULA), Website Terms of Use, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any additional terms of use incorporated by reference into the EULA, governs your interaction with:
1.1.1 https://www.greetify.ai (Website);
1.1.2 Futurisms mobile applications software (App), available for download or streaming from our Website or hosted on other platforms (App Sites). The policy applies once you have installed a copy of the App onto your mobile phone, tablet, or handheld device (Device);
1.1.3 Any of the services accessible through the App (Services) that are available on an App Site or other platforms (Services Sites). If the EULA states that a separate privacy policy applies to a particular Service, that privacy policy applies solely to that Service.
1.2 This policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and use personal data, sensitive personal data, and other information (collectively, Personal Information) gathered from you or provided by you. It's crucial to read the following carefully to understand our perspectives and practices regarding your Personal Information and how we handle it.
2.PERSONAL INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU
2.1 We may collect and process the following types of Personal Information about you:
2.1.1 Personal Information you provide us: You may provide us with Personal Information about you by filling in forms on the App Site and the Services Sites (collectively, Our Sites) or by communicating with us. This may include, but is not limited to, information you provide when you register to use the App Site, download or register the App, subscribe to any Services, or contact us. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
2.1.2 Personal Information we collect about you and your Device: Every time you visit one of Our Sites or use the App, we may collect the following information:
(a) Technical information, such as your Device's IMEI number, the MAC address of the Device's wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the Device;
(b) Information stored on your Device, which may include:
- Your contact information when you choose to import a contact from your mobile phone’s address book;
- Photos, videos, and voice recordings;
- APIs and services you use, as notified by the respective app stores (Google and Apple) once the application has been downloaded;
- Your mobile phone number and email address to verify your account.
2.1.3 Personal Information about your location: We may also use GPS technology to determine your current location. Some of our location-enabled Services require your Personal Information for the feature to work. If you wish to use the specific feature, you will be asked to consent to your Personal Information being used for this purpose.
2.1.4 Personal Information we receive from other sources: We work closely with third parties such as partners, service providers (e.g., hosting companies, SMS messaging companies, AI Technology Companies), and other users of the app. They may provide us with Personal Information about you, including, but not limited to, your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, religious beliefs, and photographs.
2.1.5 Unique application numbers: When you install or uninstall a Service containing a unique application number, or when such a Service searches for automatic updates, that number, along with information about your installation (for example, the type of operating system), may be sent to us.
3.USES MADE OF THE INFORMATION
3.1 We use information held about you to enable the App to:
3.1.1 Provide the services you need to share information and content with other users of the app to whom you wish to send it;

3.1.3 Allow you to hold content for other users of the app under direct consent from the creator of the futurism message as the guardian of that content.
3.2 The App possesses the functionality to monitor usage patterns. Analysing a range of data points gives us an informed perspective on what is working for Customers, allows us to identify those Customers requiring additional support, and enhances the way we tailor our services to different demographics.
3.3 We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers. However, we may provide them with anonymous aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 200 men aged under 25 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to assist advertisers in reaching their desired audience (for example, men in EC1). We may use the personal data we have collected from you to comply with our advertisers' preferences by displaying their advertisements to the targeted audience.
